Online Journals Of Drug Discovery

 Drug discovery is the method for the development of potential new pharmaceutical items. It encompasses a broad range of topics of science including biology, chemistry, and pharmacology. More recently, chemical libraries of synthetic small molecules, natural products, or extracts were screened in intact cells or whole organisms to identify substances in a process known as classical pharmacology that had a desirable therapeutic effect. Since the sequencing of the human genome has allowed large quantities of purified proteins to be rapidly cloned and synthesized, the use of high-performance screening of large compound libraries against isolated biological targets which are thought to be disease-modifying in a process called reverse pharmacology has become common practice. Hits from those screens are then checked in cells and then in animals for effectiveness
