Obesity may be a medical condition during which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it's going to have an adverse effect on health. It's defined by body mass index (BMI) and further evaluated in terms of fat distribution via the waist–hip ratio and total cardiovascular risk factors. Obesity may be a complex disease involving an excessive amount of body fat. Obesity is not just a cosmetic concern. it's a medical problem that increases your risk of other diseases and health problems, like heart condition , diabetes, high vital sign and certain cancers. There are many reasons why some people have difficulty avoiding obesity. Usually, obesity results from a mixture of inherited factors, combined with the environment and private diet and exercise choices. the great news is that even modest weight loss can improve or prevent the health problems related to obesity. Dietary changes, increased physical activity and behavior changes can assist you reduce . Prescription medications and weight-loss procedures are additional options for treating obesity. A research article may be a primary source...that is, it reports the methods and results of an ingenious study performed by the authors. The type of study may vary (it could are an experiment, survey, interview, etc.), but altogether cases, data are collected and analyzed by the authors, and conclusions drawn from the results of that analysis. Research articles follow a specific format.
