Doctors have lamented the large number of cases involving malpractice and lobbied for legal reform to reduce the maximum damages award, while abusive attorneys say that neglected suits are an effective way to recover victims of negligence and perform professional police work. by subjecting the author's work, research, or research ideas to other experts in the same field, before the publication of this journal is published. Work may be approved, deemed acceptable by review, or rejected. Scholarly Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (less defined) category, who are qualified and are not able to perform impartial reviews.
