Influenza may be a virus infection that attacks your respiratory system — your nose, throat and lungs. Influenza is usually called the flu, but it isn't an equivalent as stomach "flu" viruses that cause diarrhea and vomiting. For most people, influenza resolves on its own. Influenza is commonly called as flu. It is caused by virus. Influenza starts with common cold. Avian influenza is the disease caused by birds. In general humans are not affected with this flu. However, people that are in direct contact with influenza affected poultry may develop the disease. Flu virus attacks the respiratory system of humans. Body pains, headaches, cough, high fever are a number of the symptom of flu. This is a contagion which spread easily through air and water as means. Treatment involves medication with antiviral drugs helps in curing the lethal condition. Scholarly peer review is that the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts within the same field, before a paper describing this work is published during a journal. The work could also be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts during a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and ready to perform reasonably impartial review.
