Influenza may be a virus infection that attacks your Respiratory System, your nose, throat and lungs. Influenza is usually called the flu, but it isn't an equivalent as stomach "flu" viruses that cause diarrhea and vomiting. Initially, the flu could seem sort of a cold with a runny nose, sneezing and pharyngitis. But colds usually develop slowly, whereas the flu tends to return on suddenly. And although a chilly are often a nuisance, you always feel much worse with the flu. Most people who get the flu can treat themselves reception and sometimes don't got to see a doctor. People at higher risk of developing flu complications include Young children under age 5, and particularly those under 12 months, Adults older than age 65, Residents of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, Pregnant women and ladies up to 2 weeks postpartum, People with weakened immune systems, people that have chronic illnesses, like asthma, heart condition , kidney disease, disease and diabetes, people that are very obese, with a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or higher.
