Political economy is the investigation of creation and exchange and their relations with law, custom and government; and with the dispersion of national salary and riches. As an order, political economy began in moral way of thinking, in the eighteenth century, to investigate the organization of states' riches, with "political" meaning the Greek word country and "economy".
