Embryonic Neural Precursor Cells Top Journals

To understand the method of successive inhibition of somatic cell proliferation during development, we've developed culture conditions that allow the differentiation of neuroepithelial preursor cells from embryonic stem (ES) cells. The highly enriched population of neuroepithelial precursor cells derived from ES cells increased in the presence of a primary fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). These cells divide into neurons and glia following bFGF release. By further dividing the cells into the serum containing the medium, neurons express different types of specific neurons and produce excitatory and inhibitory connections. The expression pattern of specialized neural markers indicates the presence of different types of neuronal cell (CNS) neuronal cells. Top journals magazine is a peer-reviewed journal.
