Caesarean Scar Pregnancy Scholarly Peer-review Journal

 The frequency of cesarean scar pregnancy is reported to be 1:1,800 to 1:2,226 (0.05–0.04%) of all pregnancies. In women after a cesarean section, the frequency of CSP is approximately 0.15%, which constitutes 6.1% of all ectopic pregnancies in patients after at least one cesarean operation. Primary broad ligament pregnancy is a rare form of extrauterine pregnancy with a high maternal and perinatal mortality. The complications of pregnancy in the broad ligament include abdominal pain, rupture of the gestational sac with hemorrhage into the peritoneal cavity and vaginal. Usually fallopian tube is the commonest site for ectopic pregnancy in more than 90% of case. The pregnancy following tubal rupture growing in the broad ligament.
