Antimicrobial Susceptibility Scientific Journals

Antimicrobial susceptibility is the resistance against drugs/ antibiotics developed by microbes such as bacteria, virus, protozoa, etc. Antibiotic susceptibility testing is the clinical analysis performed in laboratories to determine whether the given pathogen is sensitive to an antibiotic. This would help the physicians to prescribe specific drug to a patient in order to treat pathogenic infections. Antibiotics are the substances that are extracted from microorganisms and prepare them to have bactericidal effects. Scientific journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting novel research. There are thousands of scientific journals in publication, and many more have been published at various points in the past. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. The publication of the results of research is an essential part of the scientific method.
