 This paper proposes a novel instrument based mixture laser-ECM process which abuses cooperative energy of laser and electrochemical procedure energies along the equivalent machining pivot, in this manner improving the capability of the two procedures while redressing and limiting their restrictions. This procedure joins highlights from fly ECM and water fly guided laser forms into another micromachining procedure. In this examination, subtleties of this apparatus based half breed laser-electrochemical micromachining process are introduced and a test concentrate on process-material collaboration is performed utilizing Inconel IN718 as workpiece material. As indicated by the test results, material evacuation paces of the request for 0.6 mm3/min are gotten.
