Ultrasonic Interferometric Investigations of 1-(2-Hydroxy-3-Substituted-5-Chlorophenyl) Ethenyl Diphenyl Enamines in Dioxane Medium

Ultrasonic velocity and density measurements of ligand, 1-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenyl) ethenyldiphenyl enamines (L1), 1-(-2-Hydroxy-3-nitro-5-chlorophenyl) ethenyl diphenyl enamines (L2) were carried out in dioxane solvents. To investigate solute-solvent, solute-solute interaction solute solvent, solute-solute interaction at 303 K. Adiabatic compressibility (β), Apparent molar compressibility (φk), Apparent molar volume (v), Intermolecular free length (Lf), Relative association (RA) were determined. The acoustic parameters were obtained for ligands L1, L2 in dioxane solvent at different concentrations. The effect of different substituents in this solvent i.e. dioxane and the effect of dilution on ligand solution were investigated.
