The Nickel nanoparticleswere synthesized by using sol-gel process at 800ïÂÃ‚Â‚°C. The structural features, chemical composition and optical properties of the nanoparticleswere investigated byX-RayDiffraction (XRD), X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Ultra Violet spectroscopy (UV) studies. The particle size was calculated by using Debye - ScherrerÂÂÃ‚Â’s Formula. The existence of fcc structure is confirmed by XRD technique.
