Preparation of polycrystalline ZnSe thin films for solar energy conversion: A literature survey
Author(s): P.K.Mahapatra, B.B.Panda, M.K.GhoshThe present survey describes the different of preparing ZnSe polycrystalline thin films using various substrates which suggest that the different methods employed for preparation of thin filmare not ofmuch importance as far as morphology and crystallinity of the films are concerned.All methods described are easy, inexpensive and nonpolluting. Post annealing of this filmplays an important role for achieving crystallinity.
