Non-Newtonian property of the force generated by the Biefeld-Brown effect

It was pointed out by Prof. Cassenti that the experimental data to confirm the Biefeld- Brown effect obtained by the Honda research group violated the energy balance of the charged capacitor. Thus the author tries to find the explanation of this problem, and he has concluded that the force generated by the Biefeld-Brown effect is not a long range force like a Newtonian gravitation.
