k0- Neutron Activation Analysis in terms of the H�?�?�?�?�?�?�?¸gdahl and Westcott conventions: A study using the k0 �?�?�?�?�?�?�?�?IAEA program

This study shows the development of k0 neutron activation analysis (k0-INAA) method at the Egyptian Atomic EnergyAuthority MTR reactor. The study demonstrates the use of k0-IAEA software. The Høgdahl and the modified Westcott conventions describing 1/v and non-1/v (n, ïÃ‚Â§) reaction nuclides were used to determine the neutron spectrum parameters. The accuracy of the method was evaluated by analyzing IAEA-Soil 7 and JB1 as reference materials. The results show an acceptable level of consistency.
