Build an analytic hierarchy model to solve the weights of various indexes in such system. Evaluated by specialists, make the hierarchy performance on labor performance and labor process. Realize the accurate quantitative process on varied indexes in fuzzy mathematic method, which effectively makes up the shortages in straight-line evaluation system and reduces the human factors. Make the evaluation more correct, available, comprehensive and objectivewithmanymethods, so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation for short-term and longtermperformance.
